NEOVOLT systems feature UPS-level protection, multi-level battery protection, and min 8000 cycle lifespan. Built to operate at temperatures from -20°C to 60°C with IP65 protection rating, they ensure consistent performance year-round.
What is the difference between single-phase and three-phase storage systems?
Single-phase systems (3.6kW-8kW) are ideal for residential homes with 220/230V AC, while three-phase systems (4kW-15kW) are designed for large homes and commercial applications with 380/400V AC and higher efficiency up to 98 %.
How much can I expand my battery capacity?
Three-phase storage can be expanded in 14 kWh steps up to 56 kWh per system (master battery + up to 3 slave batteries). In addition, the systems support up to 6 inverters connected in parallel for maximum energy availability. All systems use expandable LFP battery technology.
Do I need technical knowledge to operate the system?
Not at all! Neovolt systems include intelligent EMS that automatically optimizes your energy usage. The built-in monitoring system provides real-time insights through user-friendly interfaces, and our support team provides thorough training.
