Privacy policy
Effective from 17 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Amprium collects through amprium.eu, why and for how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

What we collect
- Quote request: name, email, phone, location, home details (house type, electricity connection, solar panels, monthly bill), the chosen system and your message.
- Waitlist: email, optionally your name and your newsletter consent.
- Website assistant: the conversation and, if you enter them, your contact details.
- Technical data: browser, device and pages visited. Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent.
Why and on what basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Waitlist: notifying you about the next batch at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)); the newsletter only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw from any email or via info@amprium.eu.
- Assistant conversations: legitimate interest in answering questions and improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and ad measurement: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Accounting after a purchase: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who we share data with
- We do not sell personal data. We use processors that act only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Sol AI (website assistant; language model by Google), Google Ireland (Analytics, with consent) and Meta Platforms Ireland (ad measurement, with consent).
- Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and assistant conversations: up to 24 months after the last contact if no contract is made.
- Customer and invoice data: 7 years under the Accounting Act.

Your rights
- You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent. Write to info@amprium.eu.
- If you believe your rights have been breached, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
